Large Vendor Booth:
Booth rentals will be for the entire two day event. Each large vendor booth includes one (1) (8’ by 24”) table, two (2) chairs and two (2) badges. Each booth space is ten feet by ten feet with pipe and drape back drop. There will be a Fifty Dollar ($50) per booth discount for each additional booth over the first for each Exhibitor. Note that corner space includes two tables.
Small Vendor Table (formerly Small Press/Artists’ Alley Table)
Each small vendor table includes one (1) (6’ by 30”) table,
two (2) chairs (1) chair and one (1) badge. Each small vendor space is six feet by five feet with no back drop. Note the corner table space includes one (1) (6’ by 30”) table and one (1) (4′ by 30″) short table. Artists’ Alley will still be organized, please check the box to indicate you would like to be a part of it on the registration form.

PAYMENT POLICY: By purchasing a space the Exhibitor agrees to this contract, Exhibitor understands and agrees to pay all listed fees on the Registration Form for the booth space requested. Sub-letting or sharing of exhibit space is NOT allowed without the express permission of ZAPPCON LLC. In the case of more than one exhibitor sharing a space, the name of the exhibitor on the contract assumes all financial responsibility for that space. ZAPPCON LLC must be notified, at the time of the reservation, of exhibitor’s intent to share space.
CALIFORNIA RESALE AND SALES TAX: Exhibitors are responsible for collection and payment of all California sales tax! If you do not have a California Seller’s Permit you can apply online free of charge.

VIDEO SALES/BOOTLEGS: No bootleg material shall be sold at ZAPPCON.
UNLICENSED GOODS: ZAPPCON will not be held responsible for the sale or purchase of any unlicensed goods and merchandise sold during the convention, or on the premises at any time.
ADULT MATERIAL: Exhibitors agree that they will not sell or distribute adult/pornographic materials to minors. All “Adult Only” material must be either located behind your table or, if displayed on a table or rack in public view, covered so that minors may not view or open it. Any and all material depicting nudity must be covered. Adult video and DVD sales are not allowed.
REFUND POLICY: Cancellations prior to ninety (90) days prior to the show shall be entitled to a full refund. Cancellations between thirty (30) and ninety (90) days prior to the show shall be entitled to a fifty percent (50%) refund. Cancellations between ten (10) and thirty (30) days prior to the show shall be entitled to a twenty five percent (25%) refund. No refunds shall be granted for cancellations within ten (10) days of ZappCon (the third weekend in October).
GUEST APPEARANCES: We book all guests on a good faith basis. Sometimes life and deadline issues arise requiring cancellation of a guest’s appearance. We do not guarantee the appearance of any guest, but we do everything reasonably in our power to secure their appearance. We do not advertise a guest until they have confirmed their appearance at the show.

ACTS OF GOD: By reserving space, you accept that neither ZAPPCON LLC, nor any of its agents, employees, volunteers or members will be held responsible for damage, theft or loss of property left on the premises before, during or after the scheduled show hours. You further accept that neither ZAPPCON LLC, nor its agents, employees, volunteers or members shall be held responsible for weather, fire, flood, any act of god or city, state or federal emergency which might close the convention center before, during or after show hours. You agree that you shall be responsible for any and all damages caused to any person or to the convention center due to negligence or misconduct of Exhibitor or its agents.
Set up time is Friday 12pm-7pm, and tear down is Sunday 4-7pm. You are expected to be set up by 9am each day. Doors open at 7am for exhibitors. The vendor floor is from 10am-6pm Saturday and 10am-4pm Sunday, however the convention hours will be from 9am to 10pm Saturday and 9am-6pm Sunday. The main floor will be blocked off and well supervised for exhibitors during these extended times.
